This article describes how to remove an AP from your Customer's site in the Portal. If you require support due to an alert that a "Wi-Fi AP unplugged or not working", please see this support article.

If you disconnect or relocate an AP you will see a red alert in your Portal  informing you that an AP has been unplugged or is no longer working.

If this is not a support issue, and you would like to remove this AP from this Customer follow these steps:
  1. Click on the Customer heading to expose the Sites
  2. Click Configure on the Site where the AP was located
  3. Click on  Wi-Fi
  4. Click on Configure Access Points
  5. Click on the AP name you want to remove
  6. Click on Actions
  7. Choose Delete Access Point
  8. Click Save

After a couple of minutes the system will wipe the AP from the configuration database and the red notifications will vanish. Also, this indicates to our operations backend that the billing invoices should no longer reflect the AP being assigned to that customer. If you have any questions about billing please contact our Sales Team.
