Removing a Switch from a Customer's Portal

To remove a Switch from a Customer's Site:

  1. First unplug the Switch from the network infrastructure.
  2. From the Portal, click into the configuration page for the customer showing the red "Ethernet Switch is down" notification.
  3. Click on Ethernet
  4. Choose the Delete Switch button next to the name of the Switch you have removed or relocated.
