A Deployment Checklist is attached to this article and should be completed for each new client.
This ensures that you have all of the necessary Static IPs, VPN Accounts, and other configurations to either pre-setup your client's new Gateway or rapidly configure when you get on site.

Before going onsite, you will want to connect the Gateway to any switch port that will give it a DHCP address and internet access. This will save you 15-20 minutes if the Gateway requires a Firmware Update, and also could save you hours if the Gateway was not online during it's last certificate update and requires intervention from Uplevel Support before the Gateway will come online.
