Client VPN - ( L2TP-IPSEC, SSTP, SSL)

  1. Login to your Uplevel Portal
  2. From your Customer's Configuration Page choose VPN
  3. Click the Checkbox next to Enable VPN
  4. Choose Click here to add a VPN user
  5. Enter Username, Password, and the Security Group the User is a Member of

SoftEther VPN Client Configuration (Windows 10 & 11)

Download the SoftEther VPN Client for Windows from https://www.softether-download.com/ with these options for Windows:
SoftEther releases a lot of Beta versions. We recommend downloading the latest non-beta (stable) version.


Setup up the downloaded SoftEther VPN Client







Double click on the connection with the Setting Name you chose. Once connected you will see the image below.

If you are creating VPN accounts for members of groups (VLANs) other than Employees (Boss, etc) you will enter their username@group "manager@boss". The remaining settings stay the same.
