Site-to-Site VPN - Non-Uplevel (3rd Party VPN)

Site-to-Site VPN - Non-Uplevel (3rd Party VPN)

Introduction

You can quickly set up IPsec tunnels to connect to third-party firewalls and cloud services. We currently have 'pre-configured' configurations for Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, etc. to remove the complexity from connecting to those services. With our simplified user interface connecting to any to any services is very simple and retains the flexibility to match most peer (remote) side configurations.

VPN Configuration Form

Please provide the attached VPN Configuration Form (Microsoft docx format) to your VPN provider. Once they have filled out the form you can either match their settings in the Portal > Site-to-Site VPN > 3rd Party VPN section of your Portal, or send the form to our Support Team for help configuring the tunnel for you.

Security Considerations

Never send the Pre Shared Key (PSK) for you tunnel over email. Always share your PSK either over the phone or with a one-time use, self destructing, note service such as PrivNote

Fortigate VPN

If the Uplevel Gateway is connecting to a Fortigate device please include the configuration settings for the following:
  1.  Perfect Forward Secrecy
